Every unique outdoor room is developed using an extensive range of modular components responsibly sourced for their durability, sustainability, aesthetics and value for money. The Arc Range

The contemporary style of this range has been designed to challenge the senses yet retains plenty of functionality. The cantilever roof appears to "float" over the main structure with glass flooding the interior with plenty of natural light.  Available with 2.5m or 3m maximum height in a range of footprints from3.6x2.4m up to 6x4.8m.  The Arc can be supplied with or without the recess.

The Garden Office Range

This contemporary range was developed to fit into any surroundings and its mono pitch roof makes it less obtrusive than other styles. Distinct architectural features include full length picture windows and colour co-ordinated aluminium roof trim. The overhang provides partial shade from the heat of the sun whilst offering the possibility for exterior down lighters which can provide a pleasant ambience to facilitate social evenings with friends and family.

The Bespoke Range

Our designers are capable of interpreting your ideas and turning them into reality, whether it's a traditional or contemporary style.  This "PodsHome" was designed as a contemporary permanent living annexe for an elderly couple who wanted to live near their son and daughter in law (and grand children!) without having to share a house.  This was installed in the rear garden after guiding our clients through the planning process.  Two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/lounge and bathroom make this an ideal 3G living space affording the parents space to put up their own guests. The Garden Studio Range

This Garden Studio Range has been designed to satisfy demand for traditional styling with architectural features like the triangular gable windows.  The vaulted ceiling allows maximum use of space whilst ensuring acoustics are optimised. The pitch of the roof can be altered to suit style or usage; in this case the pitch was elevated to 38 degrees to allow maximum use of the 4m planning rules.  The extensive list of optional extras include roof lights and a unique acoustic insulation method which makes this range perfect for use as an artists studio or music room.

Garden Room Design Process

The only limitation to design is the space you have available and your imagination. You can simply choose one of our ready prepared garden room designs or participate in the full bespoke outdoor room design process outlined below:

Design your garden room from the comfort of your own home

We will contact you and chat about your exact requirements and discover what space you have available, whether you need planning permission and if a site visit is necessary.  You then have the opportunity to design your own unique garden room concept using the services of one of our experienced Design Consultants. This can be either remotely or in the comfort of your own home.

Your garden building is manufactured in our South Yorkshire workshop

Once a design and price is agreed we will ask for a 25% deposit (protected by the Consumer Protection Association) and when this is received we will prepare construction CAD drawings which will be sent to you for approval.  After you have approved our construction drawings the manufacturing process begins at our 15,000 sq feet state of the art factory in South Yorkshire.

Installation, evaluation and a 10 year warranty on all our garden rooms

Within 4 weeks we can deliver your unique outdoor room arriving at an agreed time and date to begin the installation phase. Installation of your garden room is carried out by our team of experienced fitters and 4 days later you will be left with a fully functional, beautiful room4-you.  You are free to contact us at any time but in any event we will contact you shortly after installation to ensure you are happy with your garden room.  You will be left in comfort with the knowledge that your unique garden room is covered by our comprehensive 10 year warranty all underwritten by the Consumer Protection Association (membership number 2272).
