Room4-you have over 20 years experience in designing and constructing timber frame buildings.  We have built excellent relations with our suppliers who meet strict standards on quality, reliability and affordability.  Each supplier is continually monitored to ensure we get our customers the very best value for money whilst maintaining our high standards of durability, sustainability and aesthetics.  We have found many suppliers who want to be associated with our timber frame garden buildings and are prepared to offer us excellent rates.  This gives us flexibility in which supplier to use for each component or material we buy in. Many of the components we use on our buildings, including the structural steel frame, is manufactured in our own factory which helps to keep our costs as low as possible. Our innovative off-site manufacturing process enables construction on site to be kept to a minimum, with some buildings only taking 4 days.  Not only does this reduce the disruption to your home life, but significantly it also reduces labour costs, meaning you can own one of our architect designed garden rooms for less than many off the shelf products. We run our family business with each of the Directors playing pivotal roles in the day to day running of the company.  This helps to keep our overheads as low as possible ensuring our customers get the best possible price and levels of service for our unique outdoor rooms.
