Our Golf Club Halfway House concept has been developed by bringing together our combined skills of construction, running franchise businesses and meeting the needs of a group of individuals. Our passion for golf helps a little, together with the fact we are getting a little older and need a rest after 9 holes....

Our ethos for the design of this unique outdoor room is simple: we want to help golf clubs provide better facilities for their members without having to take out a mortgage to pay for it. The materials are responsibly chosen using the same principles as for all our unique outdoor rooms - durability, sustainability, aesthetics and value for money.

We are able to offer Golf Clubs a number of different ways to provide this facility (please contact us for more detail about each option):

• We can supply and construct the building so your club benefits fully from all the profit
  
• We can run the refreshment business for you with a percentage of profits payable to the club
  
• We can offer a franchise opportunity for members to run it themselves with terms to be agreed between the club and franchisee(s)

Each Halfway House can be a bespoke unit or you can choose from one of our ready prepared designs. Whether you choose a bespoke or standard design the quality of materials will always be of exceptional quality ensuring you receive a full 10 year insurance backed guarantee.

We will visit your club and agree a budget and style of design. Details of your concept design will be sent through to you together with specification details and a full quotation. Once this quotation is accepted we will ask for a small deposit and produce full CAD construction drawings. We will visit again to confirm all the details are correct and send the drawings to our manufacturing department.

The timber frame of your building is manufactured in our South Yorkshire factory and is subjected to rigorous quality control processes.

We deliver all components on the agreed date which coincides with the start of the construction. Once work has started on your site your new Halfway House facility can be ready for use within 1 week.
