This design has been prepared for a local cricket club to fulfil their ambition of a traditional design with a contemporary twist. The multi function building has space for home and away changing rooms, officials changing room, kitchen, bar and function room. There is a first floor score room with a balcony which has been designed to enable the batting team space for viewing whilst waiting their turn with the bat.
Designed to a very tight budget of £250,000 this 140 square metre pavilion included the fitting out of changing rooms and kitchen facilities together with connection of mains services and under-floor heating. The building is accessible to all users and designed to comply with The Disability Discrimination Act (1999).
Some of the extras for this design include a heat recovery system and heavy duty lockers.
