The style of The Arc garden room has been designed to satisfy our clients’ need for functional yet contemporary design. It is available in either 2.5m as standard or 3m external roof height, which will normally require planning. This flexibility allows maximum potential to install a garden office or studio under your permitted development rights and to avoid the hassle of full planning permission. Whichever height you choose there is plenty of high performance double glazing to flood the interior with natural light. This is complemented with the full height French Doors and opening windows ensure there is plenty of ventilation.
Since launching this style it has proven extremely popular with our clients to use as an office, annexe, studio or family room; frequently we find the building has a dual purpose.
The Arc garden room is available in standard sizes starting at a nominal size of 4x3m rising to 7.5x5m. These sizes are designed to maximise space and ensure efficient use of materials. Our construction system allows huge spans of up to 18m without the need for supporting columns – particularly useful if you want to enclose a swimming pool.
