It is available in either 2.5m as standard or 3m external roof height which will normally require planning. The flexibility of our sizes allows maximum potential to install a garden building under your permitted development rights and to avoid the hassle of full planning permission. Whichever height you choose there is plenty of high performance double glazing to flood the interior with natural light. This is complemented with the full height French Doors and opening windows ensure there is plenty of ventilation. The Vista has proven extremely popular with our clients to use as an office, annexe, games room and an all year round outdoor room.
The Vista is available in standard sizes of 3.8x3.1m rising to 7.3x5m. These sizes are designed to maximise space and ensure efficient use of materials. However, you can specify any size you wish.
