Room4-you has been developed to satisfy consumer demand for modular buildings providing a choice of styles and materials to create an innovative solution for extra space in your home. Consumers of today demand exacting standards of manufacture and construction combined with first class service at an affordable price. When we formed this company this is the challenge that we were determined to meet. The true test of whether we have been successful in this challenge is to ask our customers, (or become a customer!) Our homes account for approximately 27% of the UK carbon emissions which is why we ensure that each building utilises materials conscientiously chosen by our designers to ensure your garden room will be as sustainable as possible, with the freedom of choice to create your own unique space. We firmly believe that any product should be designed and built to last, giving functional satisfaction whilst meeting the demands of being aesthetically pleasing for many years. Ensuring each design fits into your chosen environment is unique from one location to the next and is the reason we do not try to impose off the shelf standard designs into each available space. Our bespoke design process is your guarantee of achieving perfect harmony between the style of each building and the unique space it is to be constructed in. This process will give the results you want, at the price you want to pay. Innovation takes many forms and our interpretation is that we should be able to provide materials and designs that are unique, attractive and fit for purpose. Our way of doing business is by ensuring that we provide exactly what you want, within agreed timescales and budgets. The standards we offer go beyond our competitors and we take away your stress by offering a comprehensive service. Once a design and price is agreed we will ensure any planning applications are dealt with efficiently (for a small additional fee) and will provide an accurate date to be on site (normally within 4 weeks). Once on site our construction teams ensure disruption is kept to a minimum and with many buildings we can be fully complete within 4 days. This includes connection to services and all aspects of construction.
